 | Our Philosophy |
|
No immigration matter is more personal or more sensitive than a fiancee or marriage visa. And that's how we treat them. Our 15 years of experience has taught us that each case requires individual attention and close monitoring from beginning to end.
We do as much of the case work as possible to give our clients the very best chance of success and to allow them to focus on their relationship at this critical juncture in their lives.
We accept no more than 30 new (full service) clients per month to ensure quality service and individual attention.
We maintain the highest ratio of staff to cases of any established K-1 firm. We are service oriented, not sales oriented.

Consumer Warning:
Non-attorneys offering immigration services for hire on the internet are engaged in unlawful activities, and their businesses may be closed down at any time.
They cannot represent you in any way before the USCIS or Embassy should a problem develop in your case.
They are unlicensed and un-regulated and therefore you have no one to complain to if things go wrong or you want a refund.
They lack the training, experience, and qualifications for handling all but the simplest immigration issues or problems.
