 | Attorney Fee Structure - K1 Fiancee Visa Fees |
|
Our fees are a direct reflection of our many years of experience, high skill level, and personal level of support. We are for those who cannot afford second best.
|
 | Economy Plan |
This is the traditional service offered by immigration attorneys. The USCIS petition is prepared, filed, and monitored to approval, but the responsibility for Embassy processing falls largely on the client and fiancee. This service includes post-USCIS telephone advice, but it does not include direct contact with the fiancee, preparation of the Embassy materials and forms, or preparation of the fiancee for the Embassy interview. Fixed Fee: $1200. Click Retainer Agreement - Economy Plan for full details.
|
 | Embassy Only |
This is for clients who have already obtained approval of their K1 petition but need our services for Embassy processing and fiancé support. The fee is typically fixed, but we reserve the right to negotiate a higher fee if initial review of the case indicates that serious errors or problems exist in the USCIS petition that will require a substantial amount of time for us to remedy the mistake(s) or to rehabilitate the case. Fixed Fee: $1500. Click Retainer Agreement - Embassy Only for full details.

 | U.S. Servicemen Discount |
 |
To support and honor our troops, we provide a 20% discount on all our fees to all active duty U.S. servicemen and women.
|
 | Government Fees |
Government and medical fees, listed below, are paid by the client separately, and are not included in the legal fee.
- USCIS K1 Application fee $455
- U.S. Embassy visa issuance fee $131
- Medical Examination fee (approx.) $100
|
 | Adjustment of Status, etc. |
No charge for advice (applies only to former K1 clients) for adjustment of status, work authorization, travel documents, tourist visas, etc (by the way, folks, it's hard for us to understand the value of free advice offered by firms that limit themselves to K visas and therefore do not practice in these other areas; we, on the other hand, have filed hundreds of applications in these areas)
