Since 1997 we’ve been sharing our case processing data with clients so that they
have the best possible information about how long they’ll wait for their visa.
This feature of our custom-designed (just for K-1 visas!) program is
completely unique among immigration law firms, and is the best, most
reliable data available anywhere. The data is input by us and checked by us and
represents a 100% data sample of our cases. Our clients appreciate this feature
enormously and check the data constantly (we have to have a special “fail over”
router and backup internet connection in our office because if the service ever
goes down we are deluged by panic-stricken notifications from our clients). Two

We also offer an easy-to-use online questionnaire so that our clients and their
fiancees can send us their bio data on the first day of hire. There’s also a
Checklist which shows exactly what documents we have received from the client
and from the fiancee. Clients can also upload their documents to us through the
web, and then also see which documents we have and which ones we’re still
waiting for. All these functions have been refined and de-bugged over 13 years
and 8000 cases to provide our clients the best and fastest service!
